Natalie Caruana is the Quality and Safety Lead at People Who Care providing coordination and administrative support to ensure effective quality, safety and care systems are maintained and monitored for compliance against People Who Care’s Polices and Processes, governing legislation, service standards and regulations for its aged care and disability services.  Natalie has been working in the Aged, Disability and Home Care sectors for almost 30 years and loves supporting the community.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys fishing and the beach. Natalie is passionate about volunteering and dedicates her time to Surf Life Saving and Disability Advocacy.
