Emma is a healthcare professional with more than 10 years in both business and clinical leadership, and is currently working in operations management as the Perioperative Services Manager at The Mount Private Hospital.

With national and international experience that includes volunteering with the United Nations Mission of Timor Leste as Medical Team Nurse, Emma has advised, influenced and delivered a range of strategies, through innovation and collaboration to achieve optimum outcomes.

With a commitment to excellence Emma holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), Graduate Certificate in Anaesthesia Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Human Resources & Safety, Graduate Diploma in Business, and will complete her Masters in Business Administration in late 2021.
