Monique Douglas is an Aged Care Manager at People Who Care overseeing Home Care Packages.  Monique has significant management experience working with staff teams to support older people, those with disability and people living with mental health.  She holds a Bachelor in Arts (Psychology) – Double Major in Psychology and Criminology, a Certificate in Recruitment and Positive Behaviour Analysis.

Outside of work, Monique is passionate about human rights and expanding her cultural awareness through travel and ongoing learning. She has an avid interest in technology and hopes to implement Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence programs with Smart technology to support people to live happy, healthy and safe well into the future.
