Corporate Services Support Officer

 

People Who Care has a vacancy for a Corporate Services Support Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can assist in the development and monitoring of Regional Budgets and Financial reporting; work with the Corporate Services Team to ensure the internal control systems are maintained and meet appropriate audit standards; assist with the coordination and reporting of PWC’s assets; and undertake basic/intermediate HR tasks.

PWC And Beef And Beer Club Fundraising Event

 

People Who Care and The Beer and Beef Club Perth’s 2012 fundraising event will be held at the Mounts Bay Yacht Club on March 3rd commencing at 6pm. Renowned Jazz vocalist James Flynn, one of Australia’s leading entertainers, and his band will be on hand ……… A Balmy Night, A City View, A River of Mirrors, Music to sooth the Soul.

Op Shop

The People Who Care opportunity shop is located in front of the head office building at 48 James Street Guildford. It is run mainly by an enthusiastic team of volunteers and one part-time staff member, assisted where necessary by other staff. The op shop is our biggest fundraiser; all the goods sold are donated and all the revenue raised supports the services we provide.

The op shop sells furniture, household and electrical items, white goods, clothing, bric-a-brac, books, CDs and more. Prices are kept low to assist struggling families, especially those with young children.

The shop is open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
