Services Achievements for 2013-2014

On behalf of the Board of People Who Care I would like to extend my thanks and congratulations on achieving an outstanding result in service delivery targets during the 2013-2014 year.

Across the organisation the services delivered have met or exceeded our contractual requirements of 100% and this success is even more significant given that most agencies delivering services struggle to achieve an 85% benchmark.

As satisfying as the results have been for the 2013–2014 period, I’m particularly delighted because these results have been our aspirational target for some years now.

This achievement places People Who Care most favourably to seek a growth of our funding which enables us to assist more frail aged and disabled members of our community.

Your hard work has been noticed and I wish to extend my thanks to you for your willingness to pull together to achieve this significant result.

I am truly proud of this organisation’s achievements and look forward to working with you in the new financial year.

My kindest regards,

Rhys Mitchell

Acting Chairperson

People Who Care Board of Management
